Silicone Kitchenware Manufacturing Process

Raw Material Selection
We use certified food-grade silicone that meets FDA and LFGB standards. Every batch is tested to ensure safety, stability, and consistent performance.
Precision Material Mixing
Silicone compounds are blended with curing agents and pigments using controlled mixing equipment. This ensures uniform color, consistent hardness, and reliable mechanical strength in every product.
Mold Engineering
All molds are designed and manufactured in-house using CNC machining. High-precision molds help reduce defects, improve surface quality, and ensure stable mass-production output.
Compression Molding
Most silicone kitchen tools are produced through high-temperature compression molding, which provides excellent durability, flexibility, and shape accuracy. This process is ideal for spatulas, turners, whisks, and other structural tools.
LSR Injection Molding (For Complex Designs)
For intricate shapes and thin-wall items, we use liquid silicone injection molding. This method offers fast cycles, high repeatability, and smooth finishing with minimal flash.
Curing & Post-Curing
Products undergo controlled thermal curing to build a stable cross-linked structure. Certain items also receive post-curing to enhance heat resistance, reduce odor, and improve long-term durability.
Deflashing & Surface Finishing
After molding, each piece is trimmed to remove excess flash. Surface finishing-matte, silky, or smooth-is applied based on customer requirements to enhance hand feel and appearance.
Assembly (If Applicable)
For silicone tools with stainless-steel or nylon cores, components are assembled with secure bonding and precise alignment. This ensures strong structure and long-term stability.
Quality Inspection
Each batch goes through appearance checks, dimensional checks, pull tests, and functional testing. We verify heat resistance, elasticity, and overall performance before approval.
Cleaning & Packaging
Products are cleaned, dried, and packed in a dust-free area. Packaging options include bulk, OPP bags, color boxes, and fully customized retail-ready solutions.
Final Audit & Shipping
A final quality audit is performed before loading. We support flexible export requirements, including palletizing, labeling, and FBA prep.
Quality Control in Silicone Kitchenware Manufacturing

Raw Material Verification
Every batch of food-grade silicone is checked for certification, purity, and compliance with FDA and LFGB standards. This ensures all products start with safe and stable materials.
Color and Hardness Consistency Check
Pigments and curing agents are measured with strict ratios. We test color uniformity and Shore hardness before production to guarantee consistent appearance and performance in mass orders.
Mold Precision Inspection
All molds are inspected for alignment, surface texture, and dimensional accuracy. High-precision molds reduce flashing, improve final finishing, and ensure stable batch-to-batch consistency.
In-Process Monitoring
During compression or injection molding, operators monitor temperature, pressure, and curing cycles in real time. This prevents deforming, air bubbles, and incomplete curing.
Flash Removal & Surface Quality Check
After demolding, each piece is trimmed and checked for edge quality, smooth surfaces, and correct finishing. Products with scratches, dents, or uneven surfaces are removed from the line.
Structural Strength & Flexibility Testing
Tools with metal or nylon cores undergo pull tests and bending tests to ensure secure bonding and long-term durability. Pure silicone items are checked for elasticity, tear strength, and recovery.
Heat Resistance Validation
Random samples are tested under high-temperature cooking conditions to verify that the silicone maintains shape, color, and texture without odor or deformation.
Dimensional & Functional Checks
Each batch is measured for correct size, thickness, and fit. Functional tests-such as scraping, stirring, or flexing-ensure the product performs as intended in actual kitchen use.
Hygiene & Cleanliness Control
Products pass through a clean handling area for washing and drying. All items must be free from dust, residues, and production oils before packaging.
Final Quality Audit
Before shipping, a QC supervisor performs a final review on appearance, labeling, packaging, and carton integrity. Only products that meet export standards are approved for loading.
Traceability & Documentation
Each order is documented with production dates, material batches, and inspection reports. This traceability system helps reinforce quality assurance and supports compliance for EU/US import standards.
